Banana Ice Cream - November 22nd.

Getting Started making Banana Ice Cream

We combined 4 frozen bananas, 1 TB peanut butter and 1 tsp cocoa into a blender, it took a little mixing to help the blades move through the ingredients and mix together to get a smooth textured finish.

The blades are sharp and moved fast so i had to watch Whaea Tash do this so i didnt cut myself. (safety)

I waited and watched as Whaea, spun and pulsed the blender to get a good mixture for the Ice-Cream.

Myself and Whaea tasted the Ice-Cream, Whaea did not like it at all 😓👽
I didnt think it was to bad, 2 spoonfuls later and that was enough.

Experiment complete and on to the next.

Visit to the College - November 13th

My Visit to the College - 13/11/18
👸Today i went to the college with Whaea Tash to meet my Form teacher Whaea Megan.

I went into the classroom that i will be in next year, it is very different to Kia Kaha.

Whaea Megan made me feel very welcome.
We went for a walk to the Learner Support Class, we meet the office ladies and had to be quiet as there are exams going on at the moment.

There is alot of construction going on at the college, new classrooms bigger and better.

We made it to the Learners Support Classroom, were i meet 2 awesome ladies that will assist me next year also. Tracey took me to find a ball to play with but as i'm still getting used to the college i kept running back to Whaea Tash.
I sat and read a book and had a look in this amazing classroom, then Whaea Tash and I made our way back to Kura.
Whaea Tash and I look forward to our big adventure next year bring on 2019 and the other visits this year.

I glued the inside of my turtle, and then chose different shapes and colours to place on the turtle, being very careful not to overlap the pieces
